RadiusPoint© announces the award of a Telecom and Utility Expense Management contract with a nationwide restaurant chain. The restaurant chain operates more than 250 locations across the US and provides drive through and dine in options for their clientele. This contract will create a partnership for RadiusPoint© to manage the daily moves, adds, changes and disconnects for each of their restaurant locations, as well as, RFP management and recommendations.
RadiusPoint© will provide an online order system with built in approvals which will allow order placement by the end user that will effectively manage the daily orders placed for services or equipment. The Asset Management tool will manage the devices by type and order fulfillment by RadiusPoint© staff will guarantee an up-to-date inventory at all times. The services also includes the management of the invoice from receipt to invoice verification and contract validation and then archival of the invoice image for future needs. The allocation of the expenses down to a specific number and location will be a beneficial management tool that will save this restaurant chain’s staff time and money.
