RadiusPoint© announces the award of an Expense Management contract with a nationwide retailer.   The retailer operates more than 10,000 locations across the US and provides everyday household items to the general public.  This contract will create a partnership for RadiusPoint© to manage the security, fire alarm and prevention invoices, expenses and devices for their locations nationwide.
RadiusPoint© will provide the management of the invoice from receipt to invoice verification and contract validation and then archival of the invoice image for future needs. The allocation of the expenses down to a specific location and type of service will be a beneficial management tool that will save this retailer’s staff time and money. RadiusPoint© will also provide the Asset Management tool and services that will allow all equipment and warranty information to be stored in the same billing system, as well as, all permit numbers and renewal dates and costs.
RadiusPoint’s© Telecom Expense Management (TEM) and Utility Expense Management (UEM) services involve a monthly management of the invoices and constant review of the charges from the vendors. The invoices are established in the ExpenseLogic™ software so that the charges for each location would be allocated appropriately and in a timely manner. RadiusPoint© has the invoices processed for payment and allocated within a few days of the receipt of the invoice from the vendor. The timeliness of the services enables the staff to review those important issues or services immediately and at their desktop instead of going through stacks of invoices.
