RadiusPoint© announces the award of an Invoice Processing, Inventory and Wireless Management contract with a nationwide retailer for quality recycled auto parts. The retailer operates more than 400 locations providing reconditioned, re-manufactured, aftermarket, and self-service auto parts. The constant growth of this organization created the need for RadiusPoint’s© management expertise. This contract will create a partnership with RadiusPoint© to manage the telecom invoices and expenses for the locations nationwide.
RadiusPoint© will provide invoice processing and expense management services for telecom, including landlines, data circuits and wireless services. The services include the management of the invoice from receipt to invoice verification and then archival of the invoice image for future needs. The allocation of the expenses down to a specific type and location was a benefit that will save this retailer’s staff time and money. Additionally, RadiusPoint© will provide Wireless management services including support calls and inventory management for all devices.
RadiusPoint’s© Telecom Expense Management (TEM) and Utility Expense Management (UEM) services involve a monthly management of the invoices and constant review of the charges from the vendors. The invoices are established in the ExpenseLogic™ software so that the charges for each location would be allocated appropriately and in a timely manner. RadiusPoint© has the invoices processed for payment and allocated within a few days of the receipt of the invoice from the vendor. The timeliness of the services enables the staff to review those important issues or services immediately and at their desktop instead of going through stacks of invoices.
