In 2001, RadiusPoint achieved ISO certification through bi-annual audits through a registrar. Prior to 2008, there were no certifying agencies or certifications to document processes for Expense Management services and software resulting in RadiusPoint writing and documenting all processes certified annually until 2008. Sarbanes-Oxley certification became a standard for financial organizations in 2008 when RadiusPoint began using the ISO. RadiusPoint continues to use the ISO processes for delivering excellent customer service.
