Our company is in search of a positive individual who is looking for long term growth in our company. We have a full time AP Research Assistant position available, where you will assist the Accounts Payable department in attaining missing invoices that do not arrive on time each month.
Employment Type: Full Time
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30 am-5:00 pm
You will be on the phone 80% of the day contacting vendors to acquire missing invoices via email, fax, or mail. During hold times you will be multitasking to attempt to pull invoices from vendor portals. This position requires a high level of efficiency and thinking outside of the box to find easier ways to pull invoices each month.

*Comfortable making and receiving phone calls
*High work ethic; self-starter-this is not a position with down time; you will be busy all day long.
*Great attention to detail, and organized
*Experience in Outlook and Excel
