Jim Mathers

CEO, Energy Professionals

After receiving his Nuclear Engineering degree from the U.S. Naval Academy in 1983, Jim served as a Nuclear Engineering Officer aboard the U.S. fast attack submarine, USS Flying Fish (SSN 673), until 1988.  He was licensed as a Professional Engineer in the state of Maryland in 1989.  Jim worked for Booz-Allen as a Nuclear Engineering Consultant and then the US Government Naval Sea Systems Command managing the US Navy’s Trident Submarine new construction program until the end of 1990.

Jim Co-Founded Consumer Energy Solutions, Inc. and CASA, Inc. in 1999 and helped build one of the most respected and successful energy consulting companies with over twenty five thousand commercial energy customers across the United States and Canada.  In 2014, Jim acquired sole ownership of CASA, Inc.  In 2018, CASA, Inc. d.b.a. North American Energy Advisory (NAEA) merged with Energy Professionals, LLC. 

Today, Energy Professionals is regarded as one of the top energy-consulting firms in North America.  Energy Professional’s Retail Energy Suppliers include Direct Energy, Constellation New Energy, Engie, MP2-Shell, AEP Energy, Dynegy, NextEra and other fortune 500 retail energy corporations.

Jim has utilized his experience in energy efficiency, energy intelligence, sustainable energy sources, energy portfolio management, manufacturing, government, leadership, customer service and mechanical engineering to build a team of professional energy consultants who understand the unique needs of commercial, industrial and governmental energy consumers.

Garry Martin

President & COO, Locbit

Garry started his career programming mainframe computers for large insurance companies in Europe and went on to gain extensive corporate sales, marketing and business development experience in the technology and media sectors. After leaving the corporate world he has founded and co-founded companies that have been sold to Fortune 500 companies that include Xerox Corporation and Tesco Stores, the world’s third-largest retailer. In 2016 Garry put on hold his Vistage practice, where he mentored fellow CEO’s, to partner with Boian Spassov to further develop and commercialize the Locbit Platform.

Greg Lowes

Director of Enterprise Sales, Unduit Wireless

Greg Lowes is the Director of Enterprise Sales at Unduit Wireless working with Partners and their Enterprise Customers to minimize the TCO for Consumer Devices (phones/tablets/laptops) through Unduit’s highly automated device repair and buy-back Platform.  Greg has spent decades in the mobile device space including an array of roles in RFID, Mobile Payment Systems, Mobile Application Development, and most recently, 7 years of Enterprise Mobility Management.

Keith Buford

Director, Broussard Logistics

Keith is a proud Houston native and a graduate of the University of Houston.  Starting in the logistics industry over 30 years ago working as a warehouse clerk and eventually progressing to be the President of his own Logistics company by age 27 he has seen most aspects of the logistics industry from the front row.  After selling his business in 2007 he worked as Vice President for both ICAT Logistics and Team Worldwide to assist them in building their network and client solutions.  He joined Broussard Logistics in 2016 as a Director where his main task is working with clients to find efficiencies and cost savings in both their internal organizations and overall supply chain.  During his personal time, he enjoys spending as much time as possible with his wife, Lacey, and his daughters Sadie and Lila.  When he can get away with it, he also enjoys basketball and fishing.

Eric Boyle

Vice President, Iron Shield Networks

Eric Boyle is a US Navy Gulf War Veteran, serving on aircraft carrier USN and the USS Saratoga from 1990 -1994. He is a Graduate of UCF with over 26 years’ experience in the Telecommunications industry, providing and building private data centers for Enterprise Organizations. Currently, he is the Vice President of Iron Shield, a total I.T. and solutions provider, offering service products to government and businesses across all vertical markets. As an expert in sourcing available telecommunications options for clients and High Availability and Disaster Recovery Solution Development, he developed wholesale portfolio and relationships with over 200+ communications providers. He is also an early adopter of Wide Area Networking/SD-WAN/Technology Expense Management/Managed Services portfolio Integration.

Frederique Rammeloo (Fre)

The founder of Dexter and also Managing Director, Fre has worked in Procurement, Supply Chain and (Digital) Transformation for over 25 years. Over that time she’s built a powerful reputation with companies from all over the world.

Having worked with blue chip as well as disruptive companies, she is known for delivering quick and reliable results, often offering out of the box solutions giving organisations a true competitive edge.

Fre is an expert in solving complex problems, building up operations from green field, and challenging and improving companies of all sizes.

Leon Marks

Technology Growth Specialist, RadiusPoint

Leon Marks is the Technology Growth Specialist of RadiusPoint, with over 15 years of experience in the Information Technology industry. He joined RadiusPoint in 2015 as an Electronic Invoice Import Specialist and quickly grew to become the Front End Web Developer. Currently, his role is the Technology Growth Specialist and is responsible for maintaining the company web presence as well as implementing security protocols. In 2006, Leon earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Full Sail University and is continuously training in the Information Technology and Cyber Security fields.

Jeff Yarbrough

Vice President of Business Development , RadiusPoint

Jeff Yarbrough bring 32 years of management to RadiusPoint with broad technical expertise in problem solving, and developing relationships with clients to determine their needs while identifying an effective course of action. As the Vice President of Business Development at RadiusPoint, Jeff has a solid history of building a successful team that achieves mission critical goals set forth by the needs of the client. He stresses strong communication skills, innovation and integrity into his team building strategies.

Sharon Watkins

CEO, RadiusPoint

Sharon Watkins is the CEO of RadiusPoint, a twenty-seven year-old telecom and utility expense management firm in the US and RadiusPoint Limited established in the United Kingdom in 2017.

Sharon Watkins has earned a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration from Kennedy Western University and has achieved many other certifications in the field of telecommunications audit and project management.  In May 2008, Sharon graduated from the MBA program through the Mid-South Minority Business Council and University of Memphis.  Most recently Sharon has completed the outsourcing certification program offered though the International Association of Outsourcing Professionals to become a Certified Outsourcing Professional (COP).
