How is this achieved?

Community Outreach and Involvement: Here at RadiusPoint, we offer the ability for team members to serve as a volunteer at a charity or organization of their choice for up to two paid hours per month. Employees who have used their paid volunteering hours feel they have gained new skills and solidified their work ethic. We also volunteer as a team! We have participated as a drop off location for XL 106.7 Baby DJ Toy Drive, created blessing bags for the homeless, food drives, and much more.
