RadiusPoint© Adds Ty Marquez for Client Support Specialist | Orlando, FL, June 9, 2010
RadiusPoint© announces the addition of Ty Marquez to the Client Service Team in the Orlando, Florida office in May 2010. Ty has over 20 years of relevant experience in Customer Service and Client relations experience that will be used on a daily basis to assist the Clients at RadiusPoint©. 

Ty has extensive knowledge of telecommunications contract negotiation and service installation that will enable him to be a strong team leader within the RadiusPoint© organization. Ty’s background in the telecommunications contracts and regulatory field will lend expertise when dealing with the Client’s vendor in contract negotiations or regulatory disputes that often occur.
Prior to joining the Radius Point team, Ty worked for ImpSat USA, Incorporated, a telecommunication company for 12 years where he was their Contract, Billing & Regulatory Specialist. Ty also served our country in the United States Navy aboard the aircraft carrier USS Carl Vinson CVN-70 between1980-1986 which enabled him to gain the dedication that he will undoubtedly deliver to the RadiusPoint© Client.
RadiusPoint’s© Telecom Expense Management (TEM) and Utility Expense Management (UEM) services involve a monthly management of the invoices and constant review of the charges from the vendors. The invoices are established in the ExpenseLogic™ Software so charges for each location are allocated appropriately and in a timely manner. RadiusPoint© has the invoices processed for payment and allocated within a few days of the receipt of the invoice. The timeliness of the services enables the staff to review important issues or services immediately and at their desktop instead of going through stacks of invoices.
