RadiusPoint© announces the expansion of the Orlando, Florida office. RadiusPoint© has expanded the current office to take in an additional 3,984 square feet to occupy the first floor of building 1 of the Lakeview Office Park. The additional space will allow for the expansion of the Support Desk and two other departments that are growing due to new Clients, current Client renewals and expansion of services for existing clients. 

The RadiusPoint© Support Desk department has seen incredible growth due to current Clients and new Clients choosing to outsource their Support Desk departments. The Support Desk department handles any moves, adds or changes (MACD) that the Client may have, as well as, any short term projects. The short term projects have proven to been the fastest growing segment of the RadiusPoint© Support Desk business which is most likely due to the economy. An organization would rather have an outside expert place their orders or provide knowledgeable staff to provide optimizations or savings and credit recovery instead of hiring and housing an internal staff. 

RadiusPoint’s© Telecom Expense Management (TEM) and Utility Expense Management (UEM) services involve a monthly management of the invoices and constant review of the charges from the vendors. The invoices are established in the ExpenseLogic™ Software so charges for each location are allocated appropriately and in a timely manner. RadiusPoint© has the invoices processed for payment and allocated within a few days of the receipt of the invoice.
